The same language is spoken in Brazil and Portugal: Portuguese. Although a text written in Brazilian Portuguese can be completely understood by a speaker of European Portuguese, there are times when the differences between the two language variants are both considerable and significant.
Even though the message can be conveyed and mutually understood between speakers of the two variants, a text originally produced in Brazilian Portuguese will always seem strange to a speaker of European Portuguese and vice versa.
Because of this, and so that our clients do not miss any opportunity owing to linguistic discrepancies between the two, we adapt texts written in Brazilian Portuguese to European Portuguese at the level of morphology, syntax, semantics and terminology.
